Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher has a value of £100 and can be redeemed against accommodation at Art House Apartments or the Art House Cottages. To place your booking, please forward your voucher confirmation email to [email protected], stating your preferences for the following:-
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
The voucher must be presented at the time of booking/redeeming.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.The voucher may be used towards the cost of accommodation. Any additional balance must be paid by the guest.If the total cost of the stay is less than £500, any remaining balance may be used towards a future stay, provided the voucher remains within its original validity period.The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise agreed.The voucher is non-transferable once a booking has been made.Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please keep your voucher safe.Bookings are subject to Art House Apartments' standard booking and cancellation terms.Art House Apartments reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
